At Webbie, we are committed to delivering high-quality website design, development, and rental services. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, since our offerings are primarily digital in nature and involve a high degree of customization, we have established the following Refund and Cancellation Policy to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties.
Cancellation Policy:
Subscription Services (Website Rentals)
- Customers subscribing to our website rental plans may cancel their subscription at any time through their Webbie account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
- Cancellations made before the renewal date will stop the next billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued for the current active period.
- In case of a 3-day free trial (if applicable), cancellation during the trial period will result in no charge. Charges apply only if the user continues beyond the free trial period.
Custom Website Design & Development:
- Once a project has been confirmed and design or development work has commenced, cancellation is not permitted and no refund will be issued.
- If you wish to cancel before we begin the project (within 24 hours of payment), you must notify us in writing at [Webbiein@gmail.com]. In such cases, we may refund up to 90% of the advance amount after deducting administrative fees.
Refund Policy:
Subscription Services
- Webbie offers non-refundable monthly and annual subscription plans. Once the subscription period begins, no refunds will be processed for unused time, partial months, or services not utilized.
- Exceptions may be considered only in the case of technical issues directly caused by Webbie’s platform and where services could not be rendered.
One-Time Design Projects
- Due to the customized nature of website design and branding, no refunds will be issued once any portion of the work has been delivered or initiated.
- In rare cases where a refund is deemed necessary (e.g., due to inability to deliver the service from our side), it will be processed within 7–10 business days, and only after a thorough review and written approval from our team.
Duplicate or Unauthorized Payments
- If you believe you have been charged in error, or if a duplicate transaction occurred, please contact us immediately. Upon verification, a full refund of the excess amount will be processed within 7–10 working days.
No Guarantee Policy
Please note that:
- Webbie does not guarantee specific business outcomes or lead generation through the websites we design or rent.
- Clients are responsible for promoting their own websites and digital presence. Webbie’s responsibility is limited to technical performance and delivery of agreed features.
